Scope
This Discussion Group concerns itself with the following:- quality issues are paramount at national and international levels, with significant interest in bench marking;
- need to be able to demonstrate value for investment, return on investment - monetary accountability,
- other Sections are interested in quality issues, so it is important to have a cross-sectional approach to the discussions,
- the development of libraries demands also qualitative data not only quantitative data.
